Winter came and went at Winterberry Farm and Dylan and I continued filming Mary’s final year farming there after 25 years. We added a new friend L Clark Tate to the project team as well and hope to finish our documentary this summer.

We’re in the wild state of just trying to film everything we think might be important to the final film when we can. It was a very light winter here in Maine with less than half the normal snowfall for most of the state and too many warm rainy days mixed in. Mary got very lucky though and was able to do all the sleigh rides she had planned and wrapped up the season on Sunday. Onwards!

We’ve been writing about the project as well and this month started pitching to potential grants and partners. Fingers crossed we hear some good news over the next couple of months!
