Ian MacLellan is a freelance photographer and filmmaker who specializes in outdoors, documentary, portrait, higher education, travel, and running projects, and is a fully-insured FAA Part 107 licensed commercial drone pilot.

His goal is to capture authentic moments, and he’s equally comfortable working on top of a mountain or in the cold ocean as in a robotics lab or hospital.

In between editing and assignments, Ian MacLellan runs, rides bikes, volunteers with the Portland Wheelers, and has been photographing a daily blog for the last twelve years. He is part of the trio making the Fifty Classic Trails book.
