I fit in a few last minute shoots right before the start of paternity leave and one of my favorites was an afternoon project for Topo Athletics’ new Boston Marathon shoe. I was able to cast a model I had worked with on an L.L. Bean project a few years back, Siedah, which was a lot of fun. I also teamed up with Adam Bedient to film a few short reels during the photo shoot.

We took the bus down in the late morning (hoping the snow would melt by the time we had to photograph), scouted locations along the Charles River in Cambridge and Boston, then quickly photographed with our two models before taking the train back to Portland. Quite an efficient shoot day!
